Manufacturing follows accordingly: for metal, machine a rigid base and pin or bolt on wear components; for printed tools, create a single-piece body and add metal threaded inserts at high-wear points. The workflow culminates in validation, mounting the tool, running a test part, and measuring to confirm the workpiece doesn’t shift or deflect, ensuring every piece that follows meets quality standards
